Blog Part 2
“Working on myself, for myself, by myself” -Anonymous Last week I made the commitment to get back to the gym and so far I have done pretty good. I am going to admit I did not go on Tuesday but other than that I have done good. I cannot take all the credit though, my best friend Carmen has been my motivation and my coach. Although she is hundreds of miles away, she has called me everyday to check if I am on track with my plan. On Monday, I began to workout early in the morning before my classes started. On Tuesday, I slept in and honestly forgot about it but then at night I really debated it and just ended up not doing it. Since I was pretty disappointed at myself for not going on Tuesday, I woke up early Wednesday morning and went for a run before my day started. The week has not finished yet but I am trying my very best to persevere on this challenge I have set on myself. I hope to keep on going with this plan.
